Dataset: Detention facility stints

Records each detention from book-in to book-out at a given detention facility for a given individual; most individuals have more than one row in the table because they are transferred between facilities. This dataset is most useful for facility-level analysis. For individual-level analysis, as well as for nationwide trends, the stays dataset is usually more helpful. That's because, given that transfers between detention centers are common, each stint is usually only one of several in a given individual's full stay in detention.
